A Wintery Ann Arbor Wedding || Chris & Elizabeth
I've known Elizabeth for many years. We often see each other at weddings. See, Elizabeth is an amazingly talent musician (singer) who often generously sings for many weddings. She has a voice of an angel and I love to hear her voice!
But more than a singer, Elizabeth is an open hearted, lover of life and people. As a testament to that she has been a Bridesmaid 17 times. Yes, 17! She is a dear friend to so so many, obviously. So, it's no surprise that she's been waiting for her own wedding day and filled with lots and lots (and lots) of anticipation and hope and joy as her own wedding day approached. She was ready for the beauty of marriage to happen!
Along came Chris - truly worth waiting for because this couple is dynamite. They exude JOY with every breath they take. They were simply adorable on their wedding day. I'm talking huge smiles, jumping up and down kind of joy. Elizabeth literally jumped and hopped during the vows out of excitement. The excitement was incredibly contagious!
I loved all the details of this classic winter wedding - the grey lace bridesmaid dresses with red sash, her dress (OMG LOVE!), the red and pink flowers that popped against the lace and snow, the gorgeous wintery decor including pinecones, flowers and even the desserts were winter and Christmas inspired. So beautiful!
Thank you thank you thank you for having me document your gorgeous wedding day. It was truly an honor and a Joy and I love the moments we were able to capture. I love a beautiful winter wedding and despite no snow in the forecast, we were graced with some! Wahoo!
With a grateful and joyful heart, Melanie
