A House Divided | Josh & Annette's Michigan Wedding
What is Love without a bit of fun loving competition? What couple leads a life with complete unity on all matters? And today on the day that MSU has it's first Football game, and the eve of UofM's first game this blog post is most appropriate. This past June began the marriage of yet another Michigan Couple that lives in...A House Divided.
See, Josh & Annette were both looking for Love and a chance to settle down. Josh was raised in Ann Arbor and attend University of Michigan (Go Blue!) while Annette grew up about an hour from Ann Arbor in the other town. :) Annette went to the OTHER school. But even this big difference couldn't keep Josh & Annette apart, although they did settle in a Really nice place where they can still be UofM Fans (Ann Arbor!). (I kid...)
I just loved the playfulness around the school rivalry that Josh and Annette used in their wedding. They creatively decorated Weber's reception hall half Green/White and half Maize/Blue. (check out that groom's cake!) They also hosted a dollar dance according to the guest's team preference (and the winner gets to fly that school's flag all year long!).
As you can see, although their allegiances is divided, they had a Beautiful Day to celebrate a life of Love together.
Wishing you the very best, Josh & Annette!
Love, Melanie
